Pop your Hymn of hope, each pulse of it renews your stacks. Once you get done, if you still want to regen, wait til stacks wear down, pop IF, it also renews it.

I have the Spirit-World Glass as well, and typically pop it before popping Hymn of hope, just to make more of the spirit outside of the 5sr :)
