Sanctuary DOES provide EoL. While Renew still doesnt.

It isn’t affected by TOF, but your upfront heal is.

On the upside, if we can all universally decide Holy Mastery isn’t worth having then that makes our gearing choices so much easier. While everyone fights over gear with Mastery we can just yawn. Thanks, Blizzard?

If Renew doesn’t work then I suppose Lightwell also doesn’t work? Sanctuary?

I’m having a hard time quantifying the benefit of the Holy Mastery. The 2-PC T10, Blessed Healing, is already my lowest output healing spell, though it is applied by only one kind of heal (FH). I mean if stacking haste gets another tick out of Renew, Sanctuary, and even Lightwell, then it could potentially be a net loss to add Mastery points and drop haste. Does Echo of Light benefit from haste? A 4th tick? Haste just sounds way better than Mastery.

I recall a fairly recent blue post stating that the Holy mastery is supposed to ‘roll’ so additional heals add to the existing hot rather than overwrite it.
