wpw blizz is really throwing the whole angel wings on the priests this xpack. not that im complaining or anything they’re darling but with all these glwy feather and what not sheet preist should get like a flight form lol

I still am on the fence. For Disc there will still be a point when mastery will outweigh SP for absorbs. It just depends how much of our healing is absorb based atthat level. I need to do some math to work it out.

Right now I’m on the side of “it’s nice; but I doubt I’ll chase mastery. It’s more of a “nice to have” if I get it. “

Thanks for all the information you’ve provided! I have been following you all for a while now.

I was curious about your thoughts on mastery in the new system? I’ve been able to play a bit on the PTR and I have to say I am not overwhelmed by the mastery bonuses.

Also, what do you think about stat priority and gemming in the new system?

Hey don’t look at me! I STILL don’t have a beta key. If it wasn’t for the good graces of Curse Network, I doubt we would have one at all!

But thanks to “random” distribution, you can find all the Worgen/Goblin dances set to music you can handle!

Holy heck! Have you seen the latest Priest Build changes!

Datamined Priest changes for 13033. (Datamined changes may not be entirely correct)

* Inner Fire no longer has a mana cost.
* Borrowed Time is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 4.
* Soul Warding is now a Tier 4 talent, up from Tier 2.
* Train of Thought (Tier 5) *New* – You have a 50/100% chance when heal with Greater Heal to reduce the cooldown of your Inner Focus by 5 sec. You have a 50/100% chance when you Smite to reduce the cooldown of your Penance by 1 sec.

Holy

* Greater Heal now costs 29% of base mana, down from 32% of base mana.
* Revelations – Holy Word: Sanctuary (Prayer of Healing) effect now lasts 18 sec, up from 15 sec.
* Blessed Resilience is now a Tier 6 talent, up from Tier 5.
* Surge of Light is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3.
* Trinity is gone.
* Tome of Light (Tier 4) *New* – Reduces the cooldown of your Holy Word spells by 15/30%.

With the new Train of Thought and the ability for Disc to reach Surge of Light, if there were any concerns before about whether or not the Smite spec would be a viable raid spec, I think they’re put to rest now.
